iProperty.com.sg is an interesting property website. It not only provides you with free classified listing for the property you wish to sell or rent, but also lets you go online to apply for a housing loan through any of these four banks, HSBC, OCBC, Stanchart, and UOB. You just need to complete an online form and submit it. The bank's representative will contact you.

What makes this website worth a visit is this. It has a "get quotes" feature in which all you need to do is key in your details, such as property purchase price, monthly salary and loan period. It calculates for you the amount of loan instalment you need to pay to service the loan on the property. That's the type of information you previously had to sit in front of a bank's loan consultant and volunteer all your personal information just to get. Now, you can get it in the privacy of your office or home with the click of a mouse. And you don't have to run to a banker every time you come across a property you wish to buy just to get the sums worked out for you.

This website also lets you search for properties for rental or sale, but you need to define your search pattern, such as location, budget, etc.. Why not pay them a Click now?
