Magazine has accompanied many a national serviceman through his
stint in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), first in active
service, and then in Operationally Ready National Service.
Though the
layout of the magazine has changed over the years, in keeping with
the times, one thing remains constant- it continues to enlighten
us on the capabilities of our defence force. From the early
Hunters to the operational F16s, the magazine has kept us in the
know. In its March 2000 issue, the magazine highlights the RSAF's
Black knights. These knights represent the elite of the air force,
manoeuvring in the air in strict precision while executing daring
acrobatic stunts. Their very presence attests to the RSAF's coming
of age, and is valid testimony that our combat pilots are on par
with the best in the world.
A CD-ROM on the
book "Defending Singapore in the 21st Century" comes
with this month's issue. Get a copy today and be mesmerised by the
technology of the SAF.
