19-year-old Pamela Yiau died soon after drinking some Bourbon and Coca Cola at a friend's house last month, but it was the drug, Ecstasy, which killed her and not the alcohol, according to a letter from the Institute of Science and Forensic Medicine. It said that the cause of death was Ecstasy poisoning.
Tong Hyui Koh, 34, was yesterday sentenced to six months' jail for hosting a pay-to-view porn site at www.clubscandals.com between November 1998 and February 1999.

Washington: President Clinton announced on Friday that Smith & Wesson had agreed that within 60 days it would begin providing external trigger-locking devices with all the guns. It also agreed that within three years, any new handgun it developed would include "smart gun" technology allowing only the gun owner to fire the weapon.
