TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The scholarship will cover:
a. tuition and other compulsory fees
b. return economy air passage for scholar and his/her spouse, where applicable (for overseas awards only)
c. maintenance allowance, and
d. other allowances, such as book allowance, thesis allowance and, for overseas awards, warm clothing allowance and excess baggage allowance.
The Scholarship does not carry any bond.
METHODS OF APPLICATION
Applications should be submitted via Internet at www.psc.gov.sg. Further information on the Scholarship can be obtained from:
