FLAT SELECTION PROCEDURE: Only applicants who satisfy all the eligibility conditions and are able to produce all the relevant documents will be allowed to select a flat on the same day. After selecting a flat, applicants are required to pay a booking fee of S$500 (in cash or via NETS).
COLLECTION OF KEYS: Applicants who book a flat will be scheduled to sign the Agreement for Lease and collect the keys to the flat within 3 months.
