Step 1: Go to "Write/Create Message" under Message function

Step 2: Key in "NDP" if you wish to attend NDP on Mon, 9 August 04, or

"PREVIEW" if you wish to attend the Preview on Sat, 31 July 04.

Step 3: Key in your NRIC number.

Remember to include the prefix "S" or "T"

Step 4: Enter "SC" if you are a Singapore Citizen or "PR" if you are a

Singapore Permanent Resident

Step 5: To apply for:

-2 tickets, send to 39892

-4 tickets, send to 39894

-6 tickets, send to 39896

Step 1: For Preview on Sat 31 July 04, dial 1900-112-1391

For NDP on Mon, 9 August 04, dial 1900-112-1392

Step 2: Select Language

1 – English 2 – Chinese 3 – Malay 4 – Tamil

Step 3: When prompted

-For 2 tickets, press 1

-For 4 tickets, press 2

-For 6 tickets, press 3

Step 4: Key in your 7-digit NRIC number

-Press 1 if your NRIC starts with an S

-Press 2 if your NRIC starts with a T

Step 5: When prompted, indicate if you are a Singapore Citizen or a

Singapore Permanent Resident

-Press 1 if you are a Singapore Citizen

-Press 2 if you are a Permanent Resident

Step 6: You will be prompted to key in your local contact number.

(The caller will hear a confirmation of the application at the end of the call.)

Step 1: Log on to NDP web site at www.ndp.org.sg or go to any AXS

stations or SAM stations.

Step 2: Fill in all the fields as prompted on the screen.

Step 3: Submit the application form.
