     This month, the Housing & Development Board (HDB) introduces its new Premium Apartments for sale to Singaporeans.

     HDB's Premium Apartments provide you with quality space and comfortable ambience. Sparing no effort in creating new finishes, HDB has adorned the bedrooms with luxurious timber-strip flooring and stylised timber doors, the living and dining areas with elegant homogenous tiles, the restrooms with functional vanity tops and shower screens. 

     Pick up an application form from the HDB Sales Office, any HDB Branch Office or Post Office. Application forms can be submitted by post, by hand (during office hours) or by depositing them in the boxes provided at the Sales Office, Podium A, lst Storey, HDB Centre, 3451 Jalan Bukit Merah, Singapore 159459.

     Application is by flat type and locality only. Registration numbers are issued on a first-come-first-served basis and all eligible applicants will be informed. You will be invited to select a flat when your registration number is due.

     First timers pay a non-refundable registration fee of S$206 (inclusive of 3% GST), and upgraders pay S$618 (inclusive of 3% GST). Those applying under the Fiance - Fiancee Scheme are also requirede to pay a S$5 000 registration deposit.

     For new applications received from Jan 2000, the estimated waiting time is as follows:
