Suntec City Carpark Restrictions
Carpark
entrance A (near the front entrance of Suntec Singapore )
and
carpark exit E (at Suntec Tower 5) will not be accessible
to public.
Carpark entrance D is only accessible to staff and
tenants of Suntec Singapore with season parking labels. These cars
will be subject to vehicle screening each time they enter car park
entrance D.
All other carpark entrances are accessible
by the public but drivers should bear in mind special traffic
diversions in force during the period.
Alternative walking routes from
City Hall MRT
Due to the closure of Suntec Singapore as
well as overhead bridges linked to Suntec Singapore , commuters
walking from City Hall MRT will need to use these alternative
routes:
- Indoor route: From City Hall MRT
station, walk through CityLink and exit at Marina Square Shopping
Mall. Continue through Pan Pacific Hotel to Millenia Walk. From
there, use the underpass to Suntec City .
- Outdoor route: From City Hall MRT
station, exit at Raffles City Shopping Centre/Swissotel and walk
along Bras Basah Road . Take a left on Nicoll Highway and use the
link bridge near Middle Road to enter Suntec City .
Annex B
Vehicle Screening Arrangements
Certain restrictions to the entry of heavy
vehicles into the Marina Bay area will be imposed during the Annual
Meetings from 10 September to 20 September 2006 .
The entire Marina Bay area is bounded by
Nicoll Highway , Raffles Avenue , Republic Boulevard and Republic
Avenue.
The buildings that are in this area
include the following office buildings, shopping malls and hotels:
Suntec City Towers 1 to 5, Centennial and Millenia Towers , One
Raffles Link, Suntec City Mall, Marina Square Shopping Mall,
Millenia Walk and CityLink Mall, Conrad Centennial, Marina Mandarin,
Oriental, Pan Pacific and The Ritz Carlton.
- ¡°X¡±- and ¡°W¡±-plated vehicles are not
allowed into the Marina Bay area during the event period.
- ¡°Y¡± -plated vehicles can only enter the
Marina Bay area after being screened at National Stadium Carpark
A.
- All other vehicles will be allowed to
enter the Marina Bay area.
