·         Chinatown Mid-Autumn Festival 2004

Date: 11 - 28 September

Location: Chinatown covering New Bridge Road, Eu Tong Sen Street, Pagoda Street, Trengganu Street and Sago Street

Chinatown’s Mid Autumn Festival 2004 is set to be bigger, brighter and louder than previous years.

The streets of Chinatown will be adorned with soaring dragons and gigantic lanterns to create a uniquely festive atmosphere while street stalls selling a dazzling array of festive novelties such as mooncakes, pomelos and lanterns promise a fascinating experience for everyone.

·     Singapore River Moonlight Extravaganza

Date: 18 September – 28 September

Moonlight Extravaganza gives the traditional festival an up-to-date and international feel. Enjoy the taste of delectable moon-cakes with wine and sake, be entertained by oriental and modern jazz performances under the stars and remember these magical moonlight moments.

·         Chinese Garden Lantern Fun-tasy

Date: 3 September - 3 October

Expressed in the most artistic form of larger-than-life lanterns, the themes of Magical Disney Stories and the Legend of Journey to the West (in celebration of the Year of the Monkey) will delight and thrill visitors of all ages.

·         Albert Mall Mid-Autumn Festival Celebrations

Date:  18 - 26 September

Some of the highlights include a bazaar at Albert Mall that opens daily from 12 noon to 12 midnight, with push carts selling local delights and street market fare. During this festive period, Albert Mall is adorned with lights, lanterns and buntings.
