Single lessees who sell their flat bought with a singles housing grant under the SSC scheme are liable to pay 100% of the prevailing resale levy rates

Single lessees who sell their flat bought with a singles housing grant under the SSC scheme are liable to pay 50% of the prevailing resale levy rates
