1. Take a stroll down Somerset Road and Orchard Boulevard. These
roads lie on the back of Orchard Road. After
Orchard Boulevard, our tour will move on to Orchard Road, the
shopping heart of Singapore.

Farther up Somerset Road, on the right, is the last
building along this side of the road - UOL Building.
The junction is just ahead.

Turn right into Grange Road, leading to Orchard Road.
The building on the left is
Orchard Cineleisure building, which houses Orchard Cinema.

Or move straight ahead into Orchard Turn.
The building on the right is Ngee
Ann City, where Takashimaya Shopping Centre is located.

|
Or turn left into Grange Road.
We are making this left turn
today. |

The view on the left of this part of Grange
Road shows Youth Park.
This is where open-air youth activities
are held.

On the right of Grange Road is a new park
for skateboarding and roller-blading.
We are now approaching Orchard Boulevard.
