More exciting news for MOL customers, however, is the fact that with
the purchase of a 100Mbps-ready cable modem, any MOL customer can
experience ultra-high broadband speeds of up to 100Mbps.
Customers of MOL Express, FlexiSurf Express and MOL Premium, using a
100Mbps-ready cable modem, will be able to experience broadband
speeds of up to 100Mbps via the full-speed profile, when they access
websites and web-based services hosted under
Velocity. Again, MOL
Ultimate users equipped with a 100Mbps-ready cable modem will get
two network profiles ¨C full-speed and prescribed-speed ¨C that will
enable them to get broadband speeds of up to 100Mbps regardless of
whether they are accessing
Velocity or non-Velocity
websites.
The
Motorola SB6100 100Mbps-ready cable modem is available at StarHub
shops at a suggested retail price of $525.00 (with GST).
