Annex A
STATISTICAL UPDATE
(17 JANUARY 2006 TO 23 JANUARY 2006)
1 Any person who considers
himself qualified to be an elector as on 1 Jan 2006 but does not
find his name in the correct Register of Electors or in any Register
of Electors.
2 An elector can object to
the inclusion of his name or the inclusion or insertion of the
name(s) of other person(s) in a Register of Electors.
3 Persons who failed to
vote in the 2001 General Election or any of the past elections and
have now applied to restore their names to any Register of Electors.
