How to Order
1) All orders must be made using the Official Order Forms provided by The Singapore Mint.
2) Order Forms can be downloaded from The Singapore Mint website at
www.singaporemint.com, or collected from the following locations from 28 June 2007:
a) Coin City, 51 Cuppage Road, #01-07, Starhub Centre
(Tel. No.: 63390886)
b) Coin Gallery, 20 Teban Gardens Crescent
(Tel. No.: 65662626)
3) Upon completion of the Order Forms, applicants are required to mail the Order Forms together with a cheque or money order to the following address:
a) The Singapore Mint (CIA07)
20 Teban Gardens Crescent
Singapore 608928.
b) The cheque or money order is to be made payable to ¡°The Singapore Mint¡± and to state applicant¡¯s full name, NRIC/Passport No. and ¡°CIA07¡± on the back of the cheque or money order.
4) Only payment via cheque or money order is accepted.
5) Each applicant can order up to a maximum of 2 sets only. Duplicate applications shall be rejected.
6) All orders received shall be processed on a ¡°first-come-first served¡± basis and subject to availability.
7) The closing date for applications is 06 July 2007.
8) The Singapore Mint reserves the right to reject any Order Form that is not properly completed and if there are problems in the cheque payment. The decision of The Singapore Mint is final.
9) Cancellation of order is not allowed.


Collection
1) Collection of the note set will commence from 16 July 2007. All successful applicants will be notified of the collection via sms, telephone or mail. No notification however shall be given for unsuccessful applications.
2) Successful applicants can collect their orders from one of the following locations based on their indication in their Order Form:-
a) Coin City, 51 Cuppage Road, #01-07, Starhub Centre
(Tel. No.: 63390886) between 11.30am to 7.30pm (Monday to Saturday) and
12noon to 5.30pm (Sunday).
c) Coin Gallery, 20 Teban Gardens Crescent
(Tel. No.: 65662626) between 9am to 4.30pm (Monday to Friday)
3) Successful applicants are required to produce his/her NRIC or Passport as proof of identity during the collection.
4) Applicants will not be allowed to pick their preferred serial numbers.
5) Successful applicants who do not collect their orders by 30 September 2007 shall be deemed as ¡°no-show¡± and their orders shall be cancelled accordingly.
6) The Singapore Mint reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
