"With strong participation
from the community and industry, not only will Singapore's shopping belt be
infused with dazzling festive lights and decorations, this year's festivities
promise more excitement and fabulous entertainment with highlights including
the extension of the Christmas Light-up to Marina Bay, Singapore's tallest
Christmas tree soaring 100 feet into the air, a colourful musical Christmas
parade along Orchard Road, a 2000-square-foot skating rink, and mega concerts
and countdown parties with international guests performers."
