Notice to CashCard holders

With the fifth anniversary of the Electronic Road Pricing System (ERP) this year, a large number of CashCards issued for the launch are approaching the end of their validity period of five years.

Cardholders are advised to check if their cards are expiring and replace them prior to expiry. An expired CashCard cannot be topped up or used for payments.

Find out if your CashCard is expiring by performing either of the following simple steps:

How do I check my CashCard expiry?

1. Construct an SMS message "Expiry (space) <CashCard 16-digit no.>" and send it to 66888. The 16-digit identification number is located at the left-hand corner on the back of every CashCard.

Example: Expiry 1111280100004878

2. Visit and click on the "Check CashCard Expiry Online" icon. You will be prompted to key in your CashCard 16-digit identification number.

An expiring CashCard can be used until the last day of the expiry month.

How do I get a refund for my CashCard?

A full refund on the monetary value and deposit in the card can be obtained for up to two years after expiry at:

1. Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of DBS/POSBank, OCBC and UOB for an immediate refund.

2. Bank Branch of DBS/POSBank, OCBC and UOB.

3. NETS Office at 298 Tiong Bahru Road, #04-01/06 Central Plaza (beside Tiong Bahru Plaza) during office hours.

Mondays to Fridays:  9am - 5pm

Satrudays:               9am - 12 noon

Note: 1) The remaining monetary value & deposit in the card will be credited into your designated bank a/c within 14 working days, upon receipt of the expired CashCard and Refund Form (applicable to point 2 & 3 only).

Note: 2) Refunds for Fleet ERP Cards and some organisation specific CashCards cannot be obtained at the ATMs. Please refer to the respective organisations on the necessary arrangement.
