Limp bizkit - Rollin live in Singapore

Source: Publicity Ink

LATEST! Event has been cancelled!

Headline-grabbing band LimpBizkit will be performing at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on 3 Dec 2003 at 8pm. Probably the most controversial band to perform in Singapore this year, LimpBizkit will preside the stage at Singapore Indoor Stadium for those starving for some rock solid entertainment.

The band will tour Asia in support of their highly anticipated new album, “Results May Vary”. Singapore will be the first leg of the Asia Tour followed by Bali, Bangkok, Seoul as well as Saitama, Kukura and Osaka in Japan.

This five-man assault crew have managed to ruffle a few feathers on their road to stardom and the top of the music ladder. Nonetheless, LimpBizkit have created a unique brand of music that has touched a nerve with the mainstream and attracted hordes of young fans in the process.

Since emerging from Jacksonville, Florida in 1995, LimpBizkit have become one of the most influential bands in the heavy music scene and have sold close to 30 million records worldwide.

Fronted by Fred Durst, a former Navy plebe turned tattoo artist who had been writing raps since he was 14, LimpBizkit offers a head-thrashing hypnotic quality to their music that creates one of the best Metal/Rap following in the short history of the expanding genre.

Their breakthrough 1999 album, Significant Other, featured the hits "Nookie," "Break Stuff" and "Re-Arranged" which received nominations from MTV Video Music Awards and Grammy Awards.

The band's acclaimed 2000 follow up, Chocolate Starfish and the Hotdog Flavored Water, with hits like "My Generation," "Take a Look Around" and "Rollin'" proved the Bizkit had staying power. With this release the band received two MTV Video Music Award nominations and took home the award for Best Rock Video. In addition, they won three MTV Europe Music Awards including Best Group, Best Album and the Web Award.

The arena will feature an end stage with 7,000 die-hard fans. Tickets here are priced at S$141, S$131 (free standing), S$91 and $61. Prices are inclusive of S$1 handling fee and tickets are available at all Sistic outlets. Online bookings can be made at and the Sistic Hotline: (65) 6348 5555.
