24-hour photo event is organised by the "Nomadic Eyes
Collective", which is a gathering of people
from various backgrounds with a common interest in
retaining memories of this city.

dramatist LIM Jen Erh, reporter NG Siang Ping,
arts managers WONG Han Juan and Jeanner TOH, arts
researcher KOH Nguang How, copywriter LIEW Yew
Choo and photographic artist Mary-Ann TEO.
event has its origins in Penang, established in
1999 by Penang's Nanyang Folk Culture. In the
three years of its existence, it has reached out to
other Malaysian cities. Besides Penang, it
presently includes the participation of Taiping,
Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur,
Malacca, Johor Bahru
and neighbouring Singapore.
